Our company was formed to help other small businesses with their bookkeeping, communications, and other clerical needs.
We have almost 70 years of combined experience handling every phase of the accounting cycle. We provide CPAs with client data to help them with annual tax preparation, as well as with overflow work from their offices. Our specialties include cleaning up the books, reconciling accounts, payroll, and transitioning clients from manual to computerized record keeping.
We also offer website development, management, and web hosting, along with consulting, installation, and configuration for telephone, Internet, and Local Area Networks (LAN) in a small office environment. We work closely with clients' to ensure that they have exactly what they need in these areas.
Our experience also includes grant writing and preparation of bids and proposals, as well as creating office procedure, business, and safety manuals.
